Partner Michael Owen participated in a panel discussion on commutations at the Delaware Industrial Accident Board. The conference offered a comprehensive overview of commutation negotiations, preparing a commutation for I.A.B approval, and dealing with pro se litigants when offering to commute a case. Mike spoke alongside I.A.B Hearing Officer Susan Mack, Esq. and Andrew Carmine, Esq.

Mike works with clients in our Broom Street (New Castle County) and Dover (Kent County) offices. He is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He has a wide array of experience handling matters through all stages of litigation, including trials before State Court and hearings before Delaware’s Industrial Accident Board. Mike has also been selected by his peers as arbitrator in personal injury matters.
