Morris James partner Ken Dorsney served as the Editor-in-Chief and Co-Author for the Third Edition of ANDA Litigation: Strategies and Tactics for Pharmaceutical Patent Litigators, published by the American Bar Association. The book is a comprehensive guide examining the intersection between the statutory and regulatory scheme governing approval of generic pharmaceuticals and US patent law in the context of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation.

Ken is the Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice at Morris James. He is a registered patent attorney and represents corporate clients and the interests of outside counsel in a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution in the District of Delaware.
