Jill Spevack Di Sciullo Discusses the Fundamentals of Family Law

Jill Spevack DiSciullo joined a panel at the Delaware State Bar Association's February 23, 2021 seminar on the “Fundamentals of Family Law”. Jill accompanied the Honorable Mary S. Much, Family Court Judge of the State of Delaware, and discussed family court guardianship.

The family law course is one of the seven fundamental courses offered by DSBA focusing on the challenges and rewards of helping clients navigate through the various facets of family law. The comprehensive curriculum looks at the assessments lawyers must make in dealing with their clients, in working within the rules of ethics, and discussions of special topics of interest to family law practitioners such as termination of parental rights, dependency, neglect; protection from abuse and domestic violence, guardianship, child support issues, custody and visitation, divorce with ancillary matters and juvenile justice.
