Medley LLC Chapter 11 Plan Wins Court Approval After Objections

On Thursday, October 7, 2021, U.S Bankruptcy Judge Karen B. Owens overruled objections from federal regulators concerning the flow of funds in favor of Medley LLC's Chapter 11 plan.

 Medley LLC is an alternative asset management firm offering yield solutions to retail and institutional investors. Medley filed for Chapter 11 in March 2021, having acquired $141 million in debt.

 Morris James acted as lead counsel, with help of Lowenstein Sandler LLP.
