Morris James is excited to welcome Jennifer R. Lucas-Ross to the firm as its Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development. “This new role will be integral to the onboarding and retaining of new attorney talent.” Says Chief Operating Officer Sherry Leary “Jennifer has a wealth of experience, and we are excited she has joined the Morris James team. As the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development, Jennifer will be responsible for recruiting, professional development, and training.  She has more than two decades of management experience and over a decade of legal experience. She is a licensed attorney in Florida and has served in several roles assisting law students, alumni, and practicing attorneys in navigating coursework, professional development, and career advancement.
