The Bankruptcy and Restructuring team has been selected as the "Industrials Deal of the Year" winner in the 17th Annual Turnaround Awards for the sale of substantially all of the assets of Masten Space Systems to Astrobotic Technology Inc.

The sale resulted from a Chapter 11 filing by Masten Space Systems, Inc.  Morris James represented the Debtor, Gavin/Solmonese LLC served as the Debtor’s Chief Restructuring Officer, Kilpatrick Townsend represented the official committee of unsecured creditors, and Whiteford Taylor Preston represented the purchaser, Astrobotic Technology, Inc.
