Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group Welcome Two Attorneys

Please join Morris James LLP in welcoming Siena Cerra and Tara Pakrouh as attorneys within our Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group.

Siena Cerra focuses her practice on commercial contract disputes, business restructuring, and insolvency issues. She joins Morris James, having received her JD from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022, where she received several honors and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Meghan A. Adams. Before joining Morris James, Siena served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William C. Carpenter, Jr., of the Superior Court of Delaware. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.

Tara Pakrouh focuses her practice on corporate restructuring and litigating complex commercial disputes that arise in Chapter 11 proceedings. She is an experienced attorney highly regarded by her peers and joins Morris James from a Chambers-ranked Delaware law firm. She received her JD from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2015. She served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. She is admitted to practice in Delaware, Pennsylvania, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware, and U.S. District Court, District of Delaware.
