Bankruptcy and Restructuring Partner Jeffery Waxman joined with panelists the Honorable Jeffery A. Deller (U.S Bankruptcy Court), David Wender (Eversheds Sutherland) and Moderator Jon J. Lieberman (Sottile & Barile LLC) to discuss the pros and cons of seeking the appointment of a chapter 11 trustee, effective strategies to prosecute and defend motions to appoint a trustee, and the current state of the case law surrounding such motions.

The panel was a virtual discussion hosted by ABI Live on July 27, 2023.
