Morris James Welcomes Two Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associates

Morris James welcomes the addition of attorneys Christopher Donnelly and Ryan Carreon to the firm’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice group.

“It's a pleasure to welcome Chris and Ryan on behalf of Morris James and the bankruptcy and restructuring group", says Eric Monzo, bankruptcy and restructuring group chair. "We are fortunate enough to find great attorneys in both of these gentlemen. Bankruptcy clients on both our transactional and litigation sides are surely to benefit from the perspective, professionalism, and skills they both bring to our department."

Christopher focuses his practice on commercial contract disputes, business restructuring, and insolvency issues. Prior to joining Morris James, Christopher was a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Brenda A. Sexton of the Circuit Court of Maryland. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022.

Ryan is a litigator, focusing his practice on federal bankruptcy litigation. Ryan joins Morris James with several years of experience as a federal court litigator primarily focusing on intellectual property matters, licensing agreements, and appellate cases.

Welcome to the team, Christopher and Ryan!
