Court Of Chancery Explains Email Evidence Rule

Paron Capital Management LLC v. Crombie, C.A. 6380-VCP (January 24, 2012) 

When is email sufficiently authenticated to be admissible into evidence?  This decision explains that when there are "distinctive characteristics" such as an email address the party admits is his, then that email is admissible.
