Morris James Attorneys Albert Manwaring and Kirsten Zeberkiewicz Contribute to ABA's Annual Survey on Private Equity and Venture Capital

Morris James Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation Attorneys Albert Manwaring and Kirsten Zeberkiewicz have contributed to an article titled "Annual Survey of Judicial Developments Pertaining to Private Equity and Venture Capital,"  for a recent newsletter for the American Bar Association. The article was produced by ABA’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee for the ABA publication, The Business Lawyer. 

The article provides a comprehensive overview of significant judicial decisions affecting private equity and venture capital. It includes various notable cases, such as Continental Investors Fund, LLC v. TradingScreen, Inc., New Enterprise Associates 14, L.P. v. Rich, Lockton v. Rodgers and Hyde Park Venture Partners Fund III, L.P. v. FairXchange, LLC. These cases highlight important developments in the enforcement of redemption rights, fiduciary duty limitations, and the assertion of attorney-client privilege.
